Come on, that second apology that Southwest put up was not an apology at all. It was straight up bullshit, still implying you bought two seats because you were fat (LIE) and therefore could not fit in one (LIE), could not get your armrests down (LIE) and could not use the seat belt (which you could, without an extender- so again a LIE). That Linda chick from Southwest sweet talked you and stabbed you in the back with that blog post.
