if the man's a full on bounty hunter, legally that is....he can cuff anyone that's on his radar....if you yourself were wanted for something....and a bounty hunter was after you....they don't even need a warrant to come into your house......that's the way bounty hunters work.....been that way for decades if not hundreds of years.....but then again i could be wrong....lol

He just said he is NOT law enforcement. So what gives him the right to handcuff anyone? Misty was smart not to talk to him. I'll be damned If I would even look at him. There should be a checkup on these kind of idiots that say, they're" trying to help!" That's BS! They seem to be in the way and are trouble makers. They are only supposed to be searching, not trying to convict someone!! WE have idiots running amuke in this country! Don't be to quick to answer to them or think you OWE them!
