  • You may compare me with Lord Nelson, but not with Yi Sun-sin. Next to him, I am only a petty officer (Quotes from General Togo Heihachiro in his victory celebration)

    - Togo Heihachiro (Admiral of the Imperial Japanese Navy)

  • Yi Sun Shin will always be the immortal hero of Korea!

  • The man was a Naval genius. He was also of stellar character. In personal character and leadership ability, I would rank him with Robert E. Lee whose intelligence, honor, and integritity was, and is unquestionable, even by his enemies.

  • 13 ships defeat 133?!?!?

    0.0

    HOLY SHIT

  • Yi Sun-sin is the person who I am afraid of the most, hate the most, love the most, admire and respect the most, wish to kill the most, and want to have tea together the most.

    - Wakizaka Yasuharu (General of the Japanese Army, who took part in the Imjin War)

    HAHAHAH :D

  • "It is true that Japanese Admiral Togo Heihachiro had a record of distinguished war service, but compared to Korean Admiral Yi Sun-sin, Togo was far behind. If Yi was given as much national support, abundant weapons and battleships as Lord Nelson, Japan would have been defeated in a day. I know it would be very rude, but I have to say that Koreans hold him in high esteem, yet they know less about how truly great he was than us Japanese" - Kawada Isao (Japanese researcher of naval tactics)

  • @NoNoSpice

Tetsutaro Sato wrote in hes own book: "two tactical geniuses may be named: in the East, Yi Sun-sin of Korea, and in the West, Horatio Nelson of England. Undoubtedly, Yi is a supreme naval commander even on the basis of the limited literature of the Seven-Year War" He even visited Admiral Yi's shrine before going to battle with the Russians - Please.. don't trust Japanese nationalist propaganda... just makes you look like an idiot.

  • I support KOREA; FORM USA~~~~~~~ JAPS=rapists and criminals and trash on EARTH budss hahahhahah~~~~~~~~~~

  • Is lord nelson pavel jones?

  • Plus your using rubish that hasn't even been proven yet with the smallest sliver of fact. So please keep talking. Its amusing.

  • hmm... 5% of our GDP thats about the same percentage as the USA spends on its physical resources. I'd say that thats significant amount considering the fact that the USA has A LOT of physical resources (buildings, bridges and whatnot). So please keep sending in your rubbish. Its amusing. Please, 5% for a developement budget is HUGE! Plus China isn't interested in fucking up Korea. They are more interested in fucking up the USA.
