  • These companies you named ( Nike, Adidas, Reebok and other shit) do it just for money and it makes skateboarding commercial. AND THATS FUCKING BAD, cus skateboarding is just about fun and freedom, not about MONEY!

  • But also these companies are lowering the price of the skate shoes you like to use and the decks you want to get when you crack yours. Besides, do you really think Emerica, Supra and others are thinking nowadays about skateboarders more than about money?

I don't have trouble with brands making money as long as they respect skateboarding and spread skate culture, and as long as I can get my skate shoes without paying 80€. In the US things might be easier.

  • nike for life bro

  • Why not? Right now, Nike is making the best skate shoes, and I believe Adidas makes good ones too. Reebok, Nike SB, and Adidas will make skateboarding shoes get cheaper. And éS, Lakai, DVS, Emerica, Osiris, Supra, and all the skate shoes companies are strong enough to deal with it.

That's my point of view, of course. I don't think it's any shame to skate for Nike or Adidas.
