Seriously, this 'court evidence' crap is a frigging joke. Does Brett think that he stands a snowball's chance in hell with this uninformed pedantic nonsense? Yeah, make a couple more videos while casually mentioning that your wife is sick Brett. 'frivolous lawsuit' comes to mind and the very fact that you posted your crap, which I'm sure someone else has recorded, makes litigation against you not only possible but likely and winnable.

BK is stupid. Posting 'evidence' onto youtube for everyone to see is a bad move. A judge would question the motivation for this. This could be viewed as a baiting tactic which would get his case thrown out for because of the "clean hands clause." Not to mention, everything is out of context. I see replies that say, "go kill yourself," but don't see what the author is replying to. I see jump cuts all over the place. This is NOT evidence for anything except that BK doesn't know what he is doing.

@ReealllyReeTarded Well, that's exactly my point. There's no snowball's way in hell he actually consulted anyone with any legal knowledge posting all this nonsense. He's successfully 'poisoned the well' by quote-mining, publicizing and obfuscating simple facts. I agree that a judge would want to see context in the blurbs he posted.It's like watching a trainwreck before it happens.

@Rhysz1 Somewhat, we certainly didn't have CD's in my youth, the best we could hope and wish for were a record player.

Though in this case the LP I'm thinking of is something I've seen others use with gameplay videos that take a game from the start and at least quite a few rounds/maps/levels in.
