@thedavedude1 Oh, I see :o !! Well, if that definition comes along the CD, its probably the official. But well, its like I said, we can see in the song whatever we relate to the lyrics, right? But still, i prefer thinking about friendship when i hear this song cuz, for me, a friend support is more important than any praying. But thats just me :3 ! What do you understand about this song?

@123carol321 i see what u mean however in the insert that comes with the "higher and higher" cd it says heart is open is about "the power of prayer and never letting go of your dreams. Its message is one of spiritual preparedness, of being ready and open.. i totally agree with your painting analogy though...

@thedavedude1 In my opinion, he's talking about a lost friendship. And only him and that person knows what happened. He also knows its over and he thinks that "true friendship" doesnt really exist. But still, he keeps searching for it. If his heart is open, maybe he will find a true friend. This is just my view of the song though, you can understand it in different ways, i dont know :)
Its like a painting. Only the author knows why he did it. The rest of us, can only imagine :)
