Savuer magazine's current issue features this tart on it's cover from one of my favorite restaurants Marlowe & Sons. I was seriously dismayed when I read the list of ingredients to see that two of them high fructose corn syrup and confectioners sugar both in their non-organic forms are made with GM corn.
