  • Can you buy one of these stocks and not go through the whole ATF thing? As long as you never attach the stock to the Glock itself?

  • @88arau I dont know about the situation in your country. Here we can buy that stock and use it without any permissions.

  • thats one of fucking useless things!

  • @2jzgteSupraJZA80 real world experience,i can walk into any one of the many class3/title 2 dealers near me and pick one up off the rack and walk out with it,also the local gander mountain sells them to anyone with money.it is not a serial numbered part there is no paper work involved to buy it only to attach it legally

  • @glock10mm I don't know where you're getting your info from but according to a few FFL holders I've talk to all said the same thing...so no you can't buy a buttstock for your glock without first registering your glock's serial number for an SBR tax stamp

  • @2jzgteSupraJZA80 you don't have to fill out any paper work just to buy a stock for your glock,i wouldn't recommend buying one and having a glock that isnt a SBR,they can get you for constructive possession

  • The buttstock can only be bought in the U.S. by filling out an ATF form for a tax stamp & is considered an SBR (short barrel rifle) since a buttstock is added. You will also need a to own a Glock before you even buy any buttstock to register your pistol as an SBR.

  • thats for people who can control a gun shooting if u cant hold it dont play with it or the glock was too mmuch kick XDDDD

  • that is so ugly

  • @hag12100 It is, under Federal law, you are not allowed in any state to put this on a non registered gun. Some even say you cant even buy it. to those, I say screw you. I dont need this, but if I did, I would not hesitate to buy it. The NFA is illegal, and unconstitutional, and when it comes down to it, compliance is traitorous. You dont have to be openly defiant, because that would land you in jail, and be stupid, but rather do what you know the founding fathers intended.

  • @88arau Oregon isn't like California, so I think the stock wouldn't be a problem. You should still check anyway though.

  • @88arau no if u have the parts to put one together, its like having it as far as the atf is concerned
