I can get it at Whole Food Markets sometimes, and you can also order it on the web, just do a search for buffalo or bison steak

Great job Maria:D I never had bison before but you have inspired me to try it just by watching ur video. What does exactly taste like?:p This is my first time commenting on ur videos but I have been a fan since the beginning. Your such an inspiration to all cooks out there especially me:). Thanks so much for commenting - bison tastes great, somewhat like steak but a lot leaner, a little sweeter and if you overcook it it gets tough, so keep it rare to medium rare and enjoy
