My grandfather just got a hell of a deal. Got a 1989 Vic for 800$, with only 42k original miles on it. Was bought brand new by my great aunt, and she just recently got a lincoln towncar, and never drove it anymore. Car is almost in perfect condition, however has a vibration in it that gets heavier around 75MPH, especailly when you come off of the throttle. I'm not sure what it is, but still think he got a nice deal.

GAWD DAMN!!!

the one thing i never see is when you flip the upper intake from left to right do you have to change anything???throttle cable or such?
-
Yeah I have a 1990 Crown Vic that I converted from stock 302 to 302 HO with mass air. The firing order changes when you upgrade to high output but all my parts are all off mustangs. I have 3.73 gears, mass air computer, 65mm throttle body, 70mm mass air sensor, cobra upper/lower intake, 19lb fuel injectors, AC delete, No cats 40 series flomasters and a B303 cam.

not quite.. the 302 in the crown vics and trucks have a different firing order from the 5.0 HO.. mustangs drive train is more like the thunderbird and lincoln mark VII..

pretty much any bolt on from a mustang with the same year and engine as a vic will fit right?.

shouldve kept going till it shifted, but nice vid

Thanks for the good comments. Sadly, this car is no more, it was plagued with constant electrical problems and got to the point where I couldnt keep up with fixing them...
