  • funny how childhood memories differ so much from reality... this serious is not much like what I remember... or perhaps i remember the new generation??... wait 'n' see.

  • This story is so convoluted.

  • Bowie's a trip... argues with Musica that the war isn't Zor's fault (it is), that they can figure out some way to deal with the Invid (they can't), etc.

  • How did Marie know that the Robotech Masters were looking for the Invid flowers? She wasn't there when the 15th arrived at the ruins, and even if she'd heard about their first trip there, the flowers hadn't blossomed at that point.

  • Now Lenard know how it feels to be given ridiculous commands that put many lives in jeopardy.

  • poor general emerson

  • @zvermilyer3 Gotta admit, I do like the epic quality of how Robotech spans 3 generations and involves different alien species.

It's cool, no need for apologies. I was just doing my Roy Fokker impression with the beginning of my response :)

Fair enough. It's just that a lot of people on YouTube apparently watch certain videos just so they can complain about them. I assumed you were such a person. I misjudged you, and I'm sorry.

P.S. It's mentioned in Robotech II: The Sentinels that pieces of the SDF-1 and 2 and Khyron's ship were recycled to make the SDF-3. Presumably in the Robotech version the three mounds contain what was left over, including a room we never saw before (it WAS a really big ship).

  • @zvermilyer3 hey easy there, tiger! I like the voices for Sean and Louie in the Robotech version, and I give Macek mad props for keeping the death and mature subject matter in this show intact. That was a ballsy move back when GI Joe ruled the airwaves.

I just think I'd enjoy the story a bit more in the original version.

  • @demoskunk

If you don't like it, DON'T WATCH IT!!!
