I just came across your videos, and have watched quite a bit of them. To me this is one of your best movements. I love the fluidity of the way your arm moves. Im south east asian and on the stick thin side and when I move, a lot of my arm and body movements look slightly stiff. It is hard moving your body to look soo smooth and i think you have done a very wonderful job. i command you and keep up the good work :)

hmmm yeah you ahve to put the full energy in your body to be strong and to control your body with your muscles... and then you re "movable"... so you can move quickly and gracefully...
