when you move those you can choose direction but i dont all directions are red you have green, blue and red!!! please help me!!!

Right at 0:14 you should have seen an annotation telling about my other videos that explains this technique in details. If you can't read English then I can't help you.

1.Make length segments - 2 Width segment - 2 Height segments - 4

2. add spherify modifier to the box

[Suggestion to others] There are LOTS and LOTS of free tutorials demonstrating how to model a head, if you cannot understand what he is doing check your fundamental knowledge of the prog, work your way up! don't hate. _\m/

If you press down on your mouse wheel while holding "ALT", you can do a rotational pan of your viewport.
