About the same as a Chocolate Fire Guard a waste of time, Something that in sections looked good but made into rubbish by the kick at the start and the side kicks in the middle.

Made easy for you the second kick is middle after you have taken your opponents knee out they will be on there knee,s that is why the second kick is middle read the text for it the explanation is there.
And then have a look at Koryo Vs Koryo Watch how its done by the text and its Kukkiwon who made that statement in respect to the Girl on there.

Second kick high if been used like its supposed to be missing target so of no use not middle. Chin grab no target againnot kicked through. Side kick not middle or no target.
Other wise its there set number of techs just some of target area so of no use.

DUDE!! the higher the kick, the better, Why would someone kick low? These are KOREANS!! They know how to do their forms. WHITE PEOPLE DONT KNOW HOW TO DO GOOD KICKS!

Both second kicks are to high, chin Grabs pulled back too early not kicking through, side kicks too high, but all techs other wise correct,Good but room for inprovment.
