Researchers at Georgia Tech have attached a single nanowire to the back of a cute little hamster, and used it to generate energy while running on a wheel.

  • @MrPayback Haha, true, true! Maybe it can be used to get those lazy asses to work if no movement means an emty battery on your cellphone or so... :-P

  • Nicely done! Too bad it only generates about 0,1 nanowatts... But the scientist wanted to show we might just use our own bodymovement one day to power devices we carry with us.
