This seems to be a pretty expensive way to register a vehicle, when its easy and free over the internet, or you can send it in for the price of a stamp, or go to the DMV drive up window, which usually only takes a few minutes. Seems like the state could do this for an extra buck if they wanted too, rather than let private contractors charge $10 for this convenience. Kind of like paying your bills at a title loan store. We ought to just get rid of safety inspections like so many other states!
