Which came first? The end of "Live by it" or the background change for the Local Forecast.

i would say that was was the last local forecast intro during TWC's golden era (5/2/82-8/15/05)

I love the intro when in the rain... The intro is so warm, happy and welcoming....

They did during that day. My Intellistar had the new logo by 9am.
