  • @sk8forlife90 You live in the past. Do you really think the heavyweights got their muscualar physique by genetics or working a bag? (pause for me laughing). They do heavy weight training almost every day. Mike Tyson could even bench 400 pounds.

  • @Denkann lol, that's what heavy bags are for, their gonna make you punch harder then weights. most boxers don't lift weights, non of the greats hardly did.

  • @sk8forlife90 Good luck with not having any power or explosiveness. I actually consider my self more of a boxer then a weightlifter, as i am lifting weights to get better speed and strength in my punches.

  • @Denkann shut up weightlifter, you don't belong in a good boxing gym.

  • @sk8forlife90 LOL! Actually, lifting weights in the reps between 1-6 reps in squat deadlift bench oh-press and pullups barbell rows makes you a very very explosive boxer.

  • yo are dancing man this is very slow

  • is it me or does connor look like he lifts to much weights to be a effective boxer?

  • this guy is a beast. looking forward to watching his progress during the 2010 nfl season. GO TEXANS!!

  • he picked up quick and only had a few weeks of training prior

  • thats my boy. im happy he's playing in the nfl now. he came a long way. God bless him. real talk
