The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public's assistance in identifying a person of interest in a Robbery-Snatch incident which occurred on Sunday, February 24, 2013, in the 1400 block of U Street, NW (note corrected address), at approximately 5:48 PM. The person of interest was captured by nearby surveillance cameras and is depicted in the above video. He is described as follows:

S-1: Unknown male, 5'9"-5'10" tall, 19-20 years old, with stocky build. He was last seen wearing a Navy blue pea coat and ripped denim jeans.
