This video is an excerpt from the free on-line resource "The Clinical Assessment of Substance Use Disorders" http://webcampus.drexelmed.edu/nida/ which was created through the collaborative efforts of the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA), Drexel University College of Medicine, and the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine as part of NIDA's Centers of Excellence for Physician Information.

Dr. Schindler interviews Mrs. Anderson, a 52 year old schoolteacher who was in an auto accident 6 months previously. Orthopedic and rehab evaluations have stated that given her negative x-ray and CT studies, she should be fully recovered. However, she complains of persistent debilitating pain.
