Great tutorial man,
Why are there just 2 parts :)
Make some more ;)
How do I get rid of the horizontal scrolling bar? My page was designed in a screen resolution of 1280 by 960 pixels. Other people that have a resolution of 1024 by 768 will have an automatic horizontal bar. I will like to have the same layout for everybody (without the horizontal bar) It the possible to do?

The process of designing for all resolutions is achieved through a lowest-to-highest resolution technique. Whichever image editing or web building application you're using, it's important to set your working area or table width to a resolution within 800x600.
A suitable area of 770x560 is recommended for best viewing in a web browser on a 800x600 screen resolution. This recommended area will not only alleviate horizontal page scrolling but will keep your pages user friendly and easy to read.
