16 week old Alaskan Malamute/Husky/GSD playing 'fetch'

Here is my 16 wk old GSD x Alaskan Malamute x Husky, Kai, performing some tricks. Though we have never been to any training classes, we owe an awful lot to watching shows such as Dog Borstel and, my fav, The Dog Whisperer!

Thank you. Little question..... I have 2 other dogs, rottweilers. I 've also had lots of dogs throughout my life. All of which I have been able to housebreak without much drama. Kashi is the first that has given me the greatest challenge in that regard. Is it the breed, or is it Kashi? BTW, no medical problems.

Hi again. I'm not sure if it's Kashi or the breed actually.... I got lucky, as Kai was trained to use a little sand pit in his parent's home. So when he came to live with us, and when he didn't have all his shots, he spent many weeks sleeping in my kitchen at night, and he was pretty good at doing his 'business' on newspapers that I chose to leave by the garden door. I've heard of people having to paper the entire floor surface sometimes when training their pup, so don't lose heart!

What kind of experience people have with Alaskan husky in block of flat apartments? Do they love hunting? And does they bark? I am now buying husky / some unknown breed maybe terrier compination... At home it will be it will be in week 53. Age of 12 weeks.

Sure education is about 50% mayby more about dogs nature. Hopefully some will answer to me. Thanks beforehand!
