My 572 does not have the Barrel Dowel Screw...do I just skip that step, or are there other steps I need to do? The manual that came with mine says there should be this screw, but there is not.

What could I do if i lost the screw that attachest the outer tube magazine to the rifle? the one at 5:10!

Great vid, Thanks! I just inherited one of these from a friend and I don't believe anything but the bore has ever been cleaned. I'm looking forward to tearing this sucker appart now.

I agree with spacecowboy729, a screwdriver is not a punch! This was the first trigger mechanism I ever took apart, and it was very simple. What I do with my guns (and anything I disassemble) is take pictures from every angle. If you're not confident with disassembling a firearm, don't do it!!!!

I took my gun to a gunsmith and they fixed it. you might want to reply to the person who replied to me but I couldn't get it fixed by myself

Great video! Now I know why my inner tube hangs up when I slide it into the outer magazine tube. I over tighten that little screw. Thanks

I previously never attempted a disassembly. The owner's manual i's only a parts diagram. Your vid shows how to dis- and re-assemble. It was somewhat difficult for me to put together, but after attempting several times it's now a piece of cake. One thing that is not straightforward is the headspace adjustment via the eccentric receiver bushing. For me it's been trial and error to get set property. But the end result is that I'm back shooting my 572 once again. Thank you so much!
