Training Session February 16th of February
Comments have been disabled because I do not want to waste time on negative comments. I am not an elite weightlifter, in fact I am not a weight lifter at all. Compared to other gym rats, my overhead squats are strong, compared to weightlifters they are weak. But the lifting is all about enjoying it and having fun. And that I do. Over time the weights will increase, but the fundamental drive and motivation will still be the same.
