SOUTHERN COUNTRY MAGAZINE ANNIVERSARY SHOW was held at the Lakeside Country Club at Frimley Green in Surrey, home to the World Darts.
Carrying On with what seems to have already become a family tradition, Georgette Jones didnt show up. That gave us a chance to hear a rising star, Hayley Oliver with her five piece band and another five great British Country bands.
BETH NIELSEN CHAPMAN played at The Anvil, Basingstoke making a return trip to a full house of fans. This tour was to promote her latest album Back To Love featuring eleven new songs.
Her support act was prolific singer/ songwriter Marcus Hummon, who, after encouragement by Beth, also had a new CD out called Rosanna.
Madison Violet came at The Forge, Basingstoke fresh from the Celtic Connections festival in Glasgow and on a European tour promoting their album No Fool for Trying, The two women hail from the Toronto area. Brenley MacEachern sings the majority of their songs , while Lisa MacIsaac also sings vocals, she plays a polished fiddle, acoustic guitar, mandolin, too.

You need remove that comment, Georgette did not show up because she was detained in the airport as there was no work visa !!!

She always shows up to show that are booked and done properly.
