  • Whoa whoa wait a minute! I just got my Tdap shot two days ago and I got two shots. How come the video only shows them getting one?? :O

  • @dagzero The Tdap booster is one shot. There are other vaccines, such as meningococcal and HPV, that are recommended for teens around the same time as Tdap. It's very likely that you got the Tdap and an additional vaccine that you needed during the same visit. Check with your provider or immunization record to see which vaccines you received.

  • can anybody help me i already got the tdap when i was a like 4 or 5 i got the shot 3 time do i need to get it agian

  • @mapleAznboy DTaP and Tdap are vaccines for different age groups. Young children receive the DTaP vaccine. They need 5 DTaP shots to be fully protected. The protection wears off, so teens and adults need the Tdap booster shot. Please check with your health care provider about whether you need Tdap. In the 2011 school year, students entering 7th through 12th grade in California need proof that they received a Tdap booster.

  • My little cousin is 10 and he is going to 6th grade. The docter said he he has to get it when he is at least 11. Is that true?

  • @sparkybigptalkshow It depends on whether he's up-to-date with shots. His doctor should know his history. If he's up-to-date, he had a pertussis shot around 5 years of age & can wait until he's 11 for the booster. The 2011 California Tdap school requirement is only for 7th-12th grade entry. Since he's entering 6th grade this year, he doesn't need Tdap until next year to meet the school requirement. If he missed a shot or more, he can get the Tdap now since anyone over 10 years of age can get it.

  • Recent study 25,000 children: UN-vaxed children less prone to allergies/disease than vaxed children. Google it. Quote: "The chief if not sole cause of monstrous increase in cancer has been vaxs" Dr. Robert Bell former vice President International Society 4 Cancer Research British Cancer Society. Dr. Maurice Hilleman former head of vax @ Merck admitted on camera (Utube) Hep B vax caused AIDs epidemic. Autism now 1 in 93! Why? VAX! NEVER proven safe or effective! U have been warned! I'd ban them!
