SDPD violently arrest Occupy San Diego Protester 1-7-2012

During Occupy San Diego's 3 month anniversary march, SDPD over-reacted and violently pushes a small-sized woman then slams her to the concrete. This is another illegal action taken by the San Diego Police Department on peaceful protesters.

Its an open and shut case - this is an assault: the officer was not trying to defend himself, was not arresting her...it's assault. If USA is not a police state (ie wearing a uniform allows you to assault people) the guy needs to be charged. The evidence is clear. If he was in my police department, I'd sack him,

Citizens need to demand the immediate firing of this officer and the others who arrested this woman. She clearly was doing absolutely no harm and the office acted because he simply did not like what she was saying. This is a clear civil rights violation.
