Underground Railway Theater's upcoming production of Tru Grace: Holiday Memoirs is shaping up to be an exciting and entertaining holiday show. The cast of the show is made up of 13 young actors as well as three professional actors. The young actors are currently participating in an advanced actor training program in which they will learn everything they need to be prepared to join the professional ensemble when they move into rehearsal. Ken Baltin, a professional actor performing in Tru Grace, led the young actors through exercises to encourage them to trust their fellow actors energies and movements this past Tuesday at a session of the training program.

The young actors are seen here doing an exercise in which they conducted each other's physical movements using only their voices. The young actors also split up into groups of two and created a short performance of a phrase they were given. One actor was asked to be the narrator and say the phrase with the same emotion and inflection that their partner acted it out with, while the actor performing it was charged to do so with the same emphasis with which it was being narrated. Seen here are performances by Bence Szechenyi and Kiva McElhiney, and Juan Arevalo and Sofia Engelman.
