Hey guys, I'm not sure God wants us to attack this (misguided) guy on the video or Donald Miller. Potentially, just by bashing either one of them, we're being a teeny bit hypocritical ourselves. Let's stop picking apart the details in each other, shall we? Part of that whole plank in the eye thing.

Perfect example of something I can't stand about discussing theology with other Christians. You actually agree with Donal Miller, but somehow end up accusing him of heresy. Your comment that lumps Miller in with "come up to the front to be saved" theology is completely refuted by the quote you just used from his book. I actually disagree with Don from that quote. I don't think we need to doubt our salvation. But you end with us doubting too. Two actions are required; we must repent and believe.

you're an idiot. miller preaches nothing but a RELATIONSHIP with jesus christ, over religion. you're accusations are false and heresy. but he also acknowledges that in having a RELATIONSHIP with jesus christ, and not merely "believing in him" or "acknowledging" he's there, change will come. he preaches love. you obviously haven't read the gospels, or you yourself would realize that is what jesus preached.

Wow, dude who posted video, you clearly didn't "get" the book. Your accusations make absolutely no sense and the text your using from the book actually backs up millers point. You clearly didn't understand the words you were reading on the page, maybe ausies read upside down or something? But seriously, are you really just looking for attention on youtube? Because your accusations are invalid and frankly make me thing your kind of a nut who has a weird church in his basement. But Jesus loves U 2

The simplicity of Christ's grace and forgiveness confounds a lot of people.

ballaz2424 is completely right. if there is an "overall theme" it's that you have to develope your own personnel relationship with Jesus.
