Indianapolis has its first ever Chinese Festival on Sept 13. Confucius Institute in Indianapolis is actively involved in planning and organizing the event.

Great footage. I wanted to go to that event but I was too busy with school. I hope I get to go to future festivals if they continue to hold them in Indianapolis.

The 2nd Indianapolis Chinese Festival will be held Sept 12, the Military Park Downtown Indianapolis from 11AM - 9 PM.
