This is just a video, not a debate about name. Please, find on FAA explanation, and send me some link, if you really wish to teach me. In my language it is called "zmaj" and "motorni zmaj", you can call it any way you wish, thank's for your suggestion. I believe diference between hang glider and aircraft is that on first one you stear with changing canter of gravity of your waith, which is hanged on one spot, on aircraft you have control surfaces which you move, ailerons, elevators and rudder.

this is a vehicle which could NOT ever bee foot launched off a hill PERIOD-

it is NOT repeat NOT a HANG GLIDER - Google the fact that - this aircraft is not a hnag glider - Period - it is not a sail boat nor is it a fish - just because it is on the water - Please give me some credit --- I know what I am refering to - Google that -
