  • Well I glad I could be of your assistance...although I was not intending a "Boner"...lol

  • I appreciate the advice...and I agree on the back straight up, I feel as tho on my ascent I loose my balance. So I will work on that. Also this is something I may not do in a tournament any time soon...lol Not quick enough yet ^_^

  • Pathetic....I think you mean? Well I glad you have time to spend telling me that. It is flattery in disguise....

  • Thanx guy I appreciate your encouragement...I have some tournaments coming up, so maybe I can pull some fancy but effected moves off lol

  • Nope no number, but you can make plan here...lol

  • Hey man awesome....I gald to hear you sticking school out. I really want you to succeed, for yourself and your daughter. Like I said before, if you wan to train let me kno.....As you kno we are on break...

  • Nice. Keep working on those basics man, you are doing progress I see. Nice double kick :)

  • You lose alot of power and momentum on your running, double foot jump back kick, try hoping like your flying side kick, doesn't look as clean but carrys your momentum and power all the way till impact.

You show real class, Jarrett! You're not one to engage in nonsense confrontations. Keep it up!

  • OMG!! you just gave me a boner!

  • to improve that , you can do series of like 100 round or side kicks without touching the floor with only one hand on the wall . you have to keep your head up and look where you kick and this obligate you a little bit to keep your back straight because if you do not, you're not gonna be able to do multiples kicks really fast . so I hope you understand if not I can post you a video of good drlls for fight and a demo of what I said on the top...Keep going practice is the only way!

  • good kicking but keep back straight especially if you do it in a fight. Because if you keep it straight you can do combos more faster like : kick-kick (with the same leg),backfise, punch or whatever...

I don't know what type of tournament your doing because fighting rules differs...

  • you are patetic
