They INVITED Taliban to Texas for their Unocal oil pipelines to begin in Afghanistan back in the 90s. They even took those men to Washington DC. They wined and dined and hookered them to death, but things went wrong and then UNOCAL would be seen as working with "terrorists" so they had to rethink their plan, and boy did they, and it part of it was 911.

It has since been REPEATEDLY PROVEN the CIA knew 911 was coming. They were repeatedly warned even by outside intel agencies and PROVEN that CIA people were making bets AND investments JUST BEFORE 911 hit, that United Airlines stock would drop. They ALLOWED IT and were clearly only warning each other but not the citizens so they could have an excuse to pursue their LONG PLANNED Mid East and Central Asia PIPELINES, mining rights, and HEROIN restored.
