The only reason I could think of is maybe one of the Deepwater industries needs to be switched. Also this train may be out of Paulsboro if I've heard correctly...

nice video. but just for your info, on lightly used lines you have to run a "rust train" to keep the rust off the rails so the signals and gates will operate. we do it on transit on the new meadowlands line because it's only used friday saturday and monday. the rails are rusted over in two days so we run a "rust train" back and forth one day before and event.

The line is used everyday, so I dont know why a rust train would be needed.

Thats another rare catch, that is one of the few Ex. Conrails with the the RS3L horn. That Ex. Conrail was repainted in 2001. The horns out of tuned though.
