2pac is better rapper then B.I.G, sorry to the B.I.G fans but the dude only release one album during his time alive, that cant qualify some one as greatest, to be consider great you have to have many contributions to what ever it is you do. Pac came out with more albums, songs, hits and had been rapping for many more years
