    It's doing fine. The pulley on the drill is 1" and the one on the roller shaft is 14"

  • very cool modification to the bead roller ive been looking at manual beads here lately, what do you think you have total in that whole build?

  • I had the pulleys and the belt laying around.

    The cable was left over from a parachute release that I installed on a drag car.

    The material for the pedal was scrap from under the shear, Same with the Square tubing so they didn't cost anything.

    The drill was $42.00 and the stand was $29.00

    So $71.00 out of pocket.

    The only thing that isn't obvious is that the shafts are metric so I had to wrap a piece of .008 shim around it so the pulley sheave would tighten up on it.

  • this is a really trick mod. i have been looking for a way to power my bead roller and this is awesome. how critical is the size of the sheaves???
