that movie is a bullshit. It is impossible to cancel that suffocation or breaking arm that has been showed.

it looks boring to the untrained eye... i used to think the same when i first got into mma... i now do BJJ twice a week and have the complete opposite view on it... BJJ is in my opinion THE best partial art for taking an opponent one on one... however if there is more than one i would reccommend perhaps muay thai :)
