It does sound like a Steve Perry song. It is very memorable unlike most of the songs released now.
It is so wonderful to hear a great song now. In my opinion so many of the songs released now are terrible as are the so-called 'singers' that 'sing' them.

@daspudster01 I had to go to their website to see who wrote this...It is remarkably Perry sounding - music and lyrics. If the rest of the album is as good as this song, I'll be buying it...
