Thank you soooo much for postig this! The red color that I used to use got discontinued and I've been struggling to get my hair back to a medium bright red color. I used the color (with 30 volume) that you recommended (strand test) on my prelightened hair for 20 mins and it came out too light and bright red orange. Does it make a difference the legnth of time that you leave the color in for lighter/darker results? Or should I get a shade darker (Dark Intense Red Blond)?

@roxyfoxy21 It does make a difference how long you leave it in for. The orange is going to bond to your hair first and the red takes a little bit longer to bond in certain areas. I suggest using Medium Intense Red if you want a little bit darker, with a 20 vol. Creme Developer. It will end up being a lot darker, but your hair will fade to a brownish color instead of a bright orange. :)
