Dry Ingredients 2 C - Sunflower Seeds 2 C - Pumpkin Seeds 2 C - Almond Slices 1.5 C - Shredded Coconut 1 C - Almond Meal 5 Scoops - PROGENEX More Muscle (if inclined add more of #TheSauce)
Seasoning & Oil Ingredients 1 C - Coconut Oil 1/4 C - Butter 2.5 tsp - Vanilla 1.5 tsp - Stevia 2 tsp - Honey 2 TBS - Cinnamon 1 tsp - Pumpkin Spice 1/2 C - Sunflower Seed Butter (or your favorite nut butter)
Once you have all of the ingredients together it just takes 5 easy steps to make this delectable healthy snack.
Mix all dry ingredients together.
On a stove, heat all seasoning and oil ingredients at low heat until the oil and butter are melted. Be care not to burn.
Pour 1/2 of the seasoning and oil over the dry mix. Stir. Pour remaining seasoning and oil over mix. Stir.
Spread the mixture evenly over a baking pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 3-5 minutes.
