I agree. . . her voice is way too pop for Anarchy. . . I think she needs something to have anger about.

It kind of resembles what happened with Taylor Swift's cover of Tom Petty's "American Girl". They both turned out too pop with almost a lack of emotion.

But I love Anna's other music.

hmm...I like Anna, I really do...but I am just not a fan of this cover. Sounds very pop. When I think Anarchy in the UK I think Sex Pistols grungy crunchy sound or at least the rock metal sound of the Motley Crue Version. This version just lacks something. I'm not sure what it is, but it sounds incomplete. Her cover of Smells Like Teen Spirit was similar. I guess she was looking to give the song a sort of rebirth. Maybe I am just missing the point completely. Still like her stuff though.
