Wonderful straight forward video. Many of the "work videos" are so long and the turnarounds are not that great, but I love that Katie didn't try to make a turnaround at first. Racism is very real and I am glad that it was not minimized doing "the work."

this is beautiful and I have seen black people with byron katie also come to peace around this issue - I hope that one day wakeupworld100 can get through this too - it brings peace to oneself first or we can hold on to our beliefs/thoughts and keep the anger/fear etc

white ppl not scary haahahahaha they are cowards............. they steal from natives from other lands and lie when native beat their asses. the whites whole life is lived from stealing lying and cheating. and they are jealous of other races natural gifts they dont have. nature will take care of evil tho. no reply will be read.

This is a very good example of how we acquire fears and how we hold on to them. Many white people have the same fear as the black woman in this video. This is a good breakthrough for this woman and also the viewers get a better idea of how some black people may feel. Many people experience things in life from fear. Fear makes one thinks things that are not there a lot of times. Its a matter of miscommunications with reality.
