I agree with Big Mill. However, I work for a co-op and the management there emulates the machine and our struggle (Union) with them is constant.
In essence, they think they owns us because they pay us.

@BigMillRip You put in a lot of individual choices, but you didn't put in the path to real change- revolution. Don't just refuse complicity. Change it. Change the institutions of the state. Change the institutions of propertied privilege. Change the institutions of class, and of all hierarchies. Abolish them. You can't opt out of the system- you have to smash it.
