The where: Our client had a strong brand and reputation but this was not matched by the performance of their sales team -- often losing major tenders and having their margins squeezed by clients.

The how: We tailored a Bid Manager Methodology and introduced the Black Belt Sales Academy covering all the capabilities needed for exceptional sales performance

Together, what we've achieved: Bid win rate lifted from 35% to 85% and over a 6 month period we won every major bid.
