Yes, I had JAILBROKEN it and failed :-( Based on the suggestion here, Twitter, IMs and others, I recovered it successfully and now it works fine.
Basically, I needed to be more patient to wait for longer time in each step of recovery operation.
Anyway, I recovered it successfully. Thanks for all suggestions and sorry that I didn't update timely.
