Denmark has been touted as a country that has been successful at implementing wind power to its energy mix. Here, Hugh Sharman of Incoteco ApS and Rob Gramlich of AWEA discuss Denmark's experience with wind power on CleanSkies.
"Wind Energy: The Case of Denmark," is a new study from CEPOS that analyzes the economic impact of Denmark's wind program.
The report finds that in 2006 scarcely five percent of the nations electricity demand was met by wind. And over the past five years, the average is less than 10 percent — despite Denmark having carpeted its land with the machines.

What a dumb thing to argue about or even have on the news. Horrible interviews. These morons don't get you can't make wind turbines without neodymium, which comes 100% from China. YOU ARE 100% DEPENDENT ON CHINA FOR YOUR WIND TURBINE MATERIALS.
