This video was recording a few days before my 6 year had a birthday. We made a quick run to a Whole Foods in our area so i could pick up some items to make her birthday and cook some yummy food for her party. Her birthday was Oct 8th, so this video is a few weeks old. ;-) . . . thanks for watching!

  • you r such a good cook, would u save money if you made ur own graham crackers? i like those good foods too and have been learning to save money by making some of them myself, like the almond/sunflower seed milk, chocolate soy milk, etc.

  • @traveln3 aawww thanks! I try. I've made some stuff and my family has given me the *side eye* like "what is this?" LOL. I never thought about making my own graham crackers. I bet they'd made a really good crust. I'll have to see if i can find a recipe for the holidays.

  • @traveln3 Ohh i made my own almond milk for the first time a few weeks ago. It wasn't too bad. I need to find a better way to strain it because it had quite a few pieces of the almond pulp still in it. Or maybe i need a better blender (like a VitaMix *sigh*)

  • @CaliRed121 i use a soy milk maker, bought on Amazon.com. they may be between 59-79.00 but they pay for themselves. i make rice, almond, soy milk in it, plus there is a strainer in most of them. after i make the milk in the machine i use a seperate pot and mix the milk with melted chocolate, sugar, and a little corn starch mixed with cold water as a stabilizer to stop it from seperating...it saves me alot of money, i'll make an eggnog one for the holidays...well enough about me, good haul lady!

  • @CaliRed121 yes, you are already making alot of good food ;-) i know time is also an issue when u are a wife and have children. there may be some yt vids on graham crackers, i've seen it somewhere. keep up the good work, you got healthy eating covered, lol.
