  • For me this is the best version of "All of me". Dinah just touches my soul with her emotive vocals..My body shivers when she sang this amazing song..DAMN!

  • This is from the film "Jazz on A Summers day" lots of great performances filmed at the 1958 Newport jazz festival Anita Oday , Satchmo ,Monk, a very young chuck Berry , and many more search the titlle here and enjoy!

  • She has always amazed me. Dinah died in the 60's and still is a powerful influence on so many singers!

  • This song...well, it's the ultimate blues song about love, isn't it? And there's only one way to deliver it: you don't sing, you have to wail it.

  • thank you so much for posting this. cole porter woulda never known what hit him. dinah makes every song her own.

  • Yes...in the 1950's racism was still at it's high point , but you wouldn't think it looking at the white's playing ,listening and enjoying the Music of the African Americans...it shows you , good music can tame the wildest beast. Long Live the original American music (So-called Jazz ) ,not imported but created in the USA.

  • omg vibes at 1:37!!!!

  • i was raised with this music and it brings back so many memory's, and then to say dinah was the best!! brings tears and smiles... thanks for posting!
