this is a nauha ( Elegy) its basically describing the grief that Sakina also known as Ruqaaya or Sukaina who was the daughter of Hussain ( Grandson of the prophet Muhammad) faced after her Uncle Abbas was killed who she asked to get water for her and all the other thirsty kids that were denied water from the oppressor Yazid (la).
