  • What show were you watching? The "bass guy" is Larry's son, Travis. Robben was so pissed off that he hired Travis and the drummer to play on his European tour after this tour. The drums and bass are as great as the two guitars in their own way... Listen to the superb rhythm work Robben does on the bass solo... He's digging it... Then there's the tremendous interplay with Larry and his son. Robben is not pissed off. They are all listening to one another without ego issues. GREAT interplay.

  • I think that anybody who complains about this performance is really pissed that they're not in this band.

  • I don't know why people are complaining about anything, this whole thing seems great and I don't think any of those musicians are having any problems on stage AT ALL.

  • Love the drummer....Travis is pretty hot.... can't see the gripes.... sure slap is a bit dated but who cares it's a gig, and if you a are a player not many of them about where you can jam out a few grooves these days!

    Relax enjoy it!

  • I find the Bassist slap technique a little shady. Also there is absolutely no need for those effects during the conversation between Larry and his son

  • Saw this tour in Seattle, also have seen Larry at Jazz alley with Travis, always a great show!

  • this certainly isnt their best track but as part of a set, for some variety's sake......I can dig it.

  • WOW!..SWEEEEEEEEET! And Kudos to the sound man too! even with my shit little PC speakers with the sound mix in stereo, I was kind of mesmerized for a while there..LOL

  • Kick ass. You have to actually see Robben play to understand the way he is on stage. Mad? hardly. Intense. And the man is one of the greatest rythm players ever. These players have the utmost respect for one another, you dont sound like that, that tight, without it.
